Service Deliveries

The HW service is delivered via various links:

1 Maintenance Contract Service:

a) With Parts b) Without Parts

Under (a) the user simply call our office, the rest is accomplished by our engineer until the problem is fixed. Backup equipment is available in case of longer breakdown Health check
(Services) are provided three times a year as part of M.A

Under (b) every thing is same except when part is required to fix the machine. We need to get users approval before replacing part. Health check Service call are exactly similar to (a).

2 Non-Contract Service:
a) Per call b) Carry in Service at repair center

Under (a) we visit & fix the failing machine at the client’s premises at fixed cost. However, every contributing reasons is separately priced that need to fix the bug. The final price of a per call machine is often on approval of estimate.

Under (b) Our Service Center is very suitably equipped to take care of usual causes of computer failures. This is a cash services.
